- Etendue et contenuThe Hall of Fame Series, which began in April 1996, is a cornerstone of the Museum's curatorial and educational efforts. By bringing inductees to Cleveland (and occasionally to venues in other parts of the country) on a regular basis, the series offers audiences rare and unique access to Hall of Famers in an intimate setting. Formats for these once-in-a-lifetime events have inspired spontaneous conversation and impromptu performances, special presentations, and audience-participation question and answer sessions. The series celebrates the careers of some of rock music's biggest names and allows the public to learn about the history and influence of rock and roll from the people who made it. Each Hall of Fame Series is audio and/or videotaped for use in the Museum's future Library and Archives. Hall of Fame interviews have featured Bootsy Collins, Stewart Copeland of the Police, Aretha Franklin, Isaac Hayes, Little Anthony & the Imperials, Ray Manzarek of the Doors, Darryl "DMC" McDaniels of Run-D.M.C., Lloyd Price, Mark Ramone, Pete Seeger, Seymour Stein, the Yardbirds, and many more!
