Series V: Subject Files are arranged alphabetically by subject and include, in addition to other materials of interest to researchers, a handwritten session list with a personal note from Aretha Franklin, 13 issues of <title render="italic">Nuggy</title>, a newsletter devoted to Atlantic Records ("Nuggy" refers to Nugetre, or Ertegun spelled backwards, an occasional pseudonym used by Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun), and a copy of what is presumably Jerry Wexler's original employment contract with Atlantic Records.
