Biography / Administrative History
Tom Morello (born May 30, 1964) is an American musician, singer, songwriter, actor, and political activist. He is best known for being a member of the rock bands, Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave. He has been a member of Prophets of Rage since 2016.

Acquisition Note: The Tom Morello Veterinary Invoice was received by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a gift from Tom Morello on August 28, 2012.

Custodial History: According to Andy Leach. the veterinary invoice was found by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame staff which cleaning out the 2012 Chevy Astro van that was donated by Tom Morello to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. The van had been used by Rage Against the Machine while touring in the 1990s. CM 10/19/2022.
