The Dr. Barry Scurran Collection on the Maundy Quintet is dated 1965 and 1988 and contains undated materials. Biography / Administrative History
The Maundy Quintet was formed in Gainesville, Florida in the mid-1960s. Members included Tom Laughon (lead singer), Barry Scurran (bass guitarist) Don Felder (lead guitarist), Boomer Hough (drummer), and Bernie Leadon (rhythm guitarist). Don Felder and Bernie Leadon would become members of the Eagles.

Acquisition Note: The Dr. Barry Scurran Collection on the Maundy Quintet was received by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a gift from Dr. Barry Scurran on June 15, 1998.
