Biography / Administrative History
The Bill Lowery Music Publishing Company was a key player in the music industry throughout much of the twentieth century, and was a contributing factor to the establishment of Atlanta, Georgia, as a notable city in the music industry. Bill Lowery was also the owner of Southern Tracks Records, which recorded and produced successful records in addition to the music publishing business.
