Biography / Administrative History Joel Newman had a successful career in the music business as a promotion man. In the 1970s, he represented a number of artists, including Boston, Cheap Trick, Charlie Daniels, Heart, The Isley Brothers, Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Meatloaf, and REO Speedwagon.
