- Scope and ContentsThe Bob Bonis Photographs document the Beatles and Rolling Stones in the mid-1960s, both on-stage and off. The collection contains 150 black-and-white and color prints. A majority of the images measure 11 x 7.5 inches, with some enlarged to 13 x 8.5 inches. The prints are arranged by band, and then chronological order.
- Biography / Administrative HistoryBob Bonis was an amateur photographer, who befriended the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, which allowed him to accompany them as their tour manager in the United States and Europe during the 1960s.
- NotesAcquisition Note: The Bob Bonis Photographs were received by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, Inc. as a gift from Larry Marion and the Not Fade Away Gallery on October 3, 2011.
