- Scope and ContentsThe Wilco Collection spans the years 1989 to 2008 and consists of five concert posters and three tour itineraries for the band Wilco and its precursor, Uncle Tupelo. The Wilco Collection is first arranged by format and then chronologically.
- Biography / Administrative HistoryWilco is an American alternative rock band based in Chicago, Ill. The band was formed in 1994 by Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Max Johnston, and Ken Coomer after the break-up of the band Uncle Tupelo. Wilco has released eight albums to date and found commercial success with <title render="italic">Yankee Hotel Foxtrot</title>, <title render="italic">A Ghost Is Born</title>, <title render="italic">Sky Blue Sky</title>, and <title render="italic">Wilco (The Album)</title>. Wilco won two Grammy Awards for their fifth studio album, 2004's <title render="italic">A Ghost Is Born</title>, including Best Alternative Music Album.
