- Scope and ContentsThe MUUS Photography LLC Collection is dated 1959 to 1979. It consists of six gelatin silver prints of Dion and the Belmonts by photographer Alfred Wertheimer; fifteen photographs, four of which are oversize, of various artists including Keith Moon of The Who, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, and The Four Seasons by photographer Shepard Sherbell; and ten photographs of various artists including Pete Townshend of The Who and Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones by photographer Allan Tannenbaum. This collection will be interest to researchers looking for varying examples of rock and roll photography, as well as those interested in a wide range of artists from the 1950s and 1970s.
