- Scope and ContentsThe Over the Rhine Collection spans 1996 to 2001 and contains undated materials. The collection consists of promotional photographs, promotional posters for tours and albums, and trading cards for Over the Rhine's Eve album.
- Biography / Administrative HistoryOver the Rhine is an American, Ohio-based folk music band, formed in 1989. Currently, the band consists primarily of pianist/guitarist/bassist Linford Detweiler and vocalist/guitarist Karin Bergquist. Over the Rhine began as a quartet with guitarist Ric Hordinski and drummer Brian Kelley, both of whom departed by 1997. For over three decades, they have toured and recorded in many variations. They have shared the stage with Bob Dylan, John Prine, Adrian Belew, Squeeze, Ani DiFranco, My Morning Jacket, Hem, and toured as "adjunct" members of Cowboy Junkies.
