The Dave Swanson Collection of Flyers consists of 13 digital images of concert flyers for Cleveland and national bands at local Cleveland venues. Featured bands include Death of Samantha, Mazzy Star, and New Salem Witch Hunters. Featured venues include Phantasy Nite Club, Pop Shop, and Peabody's Down Under. The collection sheds light on the Cleveland punk and rock music scene, particularly in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Original flyers remain with the donor.

: The Dave Swanson Collection of Flyers was received by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Inc., as a gift from Swanson on October 8, 2016. This acquisition was made during a Scan Day event, funded by a Common Heritage grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
