Steely Dan is an American rock group led by Donald Fagen and Walter Becker. They released their first album in 1972 and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.

The Steely Dan Handbill documents one of the last shows that Steely Dan played in the 1970s, at the University of California-Santa Barbara's Robertson Gym on June 23, 1974. The handbill is black-and-white with an image of the band. This handbill will be of interest to researchers of the band.
