- Biography / Administrative HistoryCheap Trick is an American rock band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 1973 by Robin Zander (vocals), Bun E. Carlos (drums), Tom Petersson (bass) and Rick Nielsen (guitar). Cheap Trick was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
