Robert Seal Collection on the Village People

Village People is an American disco group known for their costumes and catchy music. The group was originally formed by Jacques Morali, Henri Belolo and Victor Willis following the release of the debut album, Village People, in 1977. The group's music targeted disco's gay audience and its characters were a symbolic group of American masculinity and macho gay-fantasy personas.

The Robert Seal Collection on the Village People consists of two posters and a tour program the spring 1979 tour for the Village People. The materials are dated 1978 to 1980.
