The John Abbott and Kelly McNamara Collection consists of eight promotional posters from 1978 to 1988 for Joe Jackson, Japan, The Police, and Tom Waits. The posters provide a glimpse into how these performers and their record labels promoted the release of their albums and their live concerts. Seen in a broader context, the posters provides insight to how rock bands of this era were promoted and the graphic styles of the time. The items are listed here in alphabetical order by artist, but they are stored out of sequence due to size and condition concerns.
