David Hinckley is the TV Critic for the New York Daily News, where he has also written about music for the past two decades.

The collection spans the years 1969 to 2009 and includes some undated materials. The collection is arranged alphabetically by subject and contains clippings of articles written by David Hinckley and other authors, as well as press kits, photographs, event programs, and other research materials kept by Hinckley during his career as a music writer for the New York Daily News.
